First, the performance characteristics
1. This product does not contain benzene and ketone solvents. The heavy metals used in the pigments do not exceed the standard, and the printed matter has no odor;
2. High temperature resistance, heat-sealing at 160 ° C / 1 sec / 0.3 kPA does not decolorize, does not migrate;
3. The surface is smooth, and the friction coefficient of the surface of the printed ink layer is small;
4. The printed matter is fast drying, non-returning, non-migrating, non-curling, and has good ductility;

Six, matters needing attention
1. Please do not mix with other alcohol-soluble inks from other manufacturers. This product is not suitable for composite packaging printing;
2, due to the different plastic substrates used in each factory, the adhesion of the ink will be different, so the ink adhesion of the plastic substrate used should be evaluated before printing to avoid loss;
3. The content of isopropanol in the diluent should not exceed 10%;
4. Some CPP and PE plastic films can obtain good adhesion and slip after 2 to 4 hours of printing. When overlaying with other factory inks, first evaluate the adhesion of the laminate and the coefficient of surface friction;
5. If you want to use it for surface printing, you need to evaluate the gloss and adhesion before using it.
6. When using a small amount of red or yellow and a large amount of white ink to adjust the spot color, the spot color fastness level will be adjusted.
