DPI Type Alcohol-soluble Table Printing Ink is made of alcohol-soluble polyamide resins and new additives. It is a high-quality alcohol-soluble table printing ink specially designed for table printing of various plastic films.
The performance characteristics:
1. Adapt to the table printing of plastic film such as PE;
2. This product has good printing suitability and excellent transfer of shallow net;
3. The heavy metal index meets the US FDA and EU RoHS standards;
4. The printed matter is excellent in anti-back tack.
The applicable substrates:
Surface-treated polyethylene and polypropylene plastic film and it can also be used for printing aluminum foil, aluminum foil paper, PET film and other materials.
The use and scopes:
1. It is mainly used for printing of packaging bags such as shopping bags;
2. This product is not suitable for printing food packaging for high temperature cooking;
3. Not suitable for composite processing.
The printing viscosity:
Depending on the printing speed, viscosity is recommended.
Normal white: 12~16 seconds/25°C No. 3 Chaen Cup
Normal color: 13~17 seconds/25°C No. 3 Chaen Cup
Appropriate speed: 60 meters to 180 meters / minute
The diluents:
This product has a solvent ratio, and the user selects according to the conditions of the article.

The notes:
1. In the printing process, the mixed solvent should contain not less than 30% isopropanol;
2. Do not use water or too much water-containing alcohol solvent and gasoline as a diluent
2. When self-dispensing thinner, please pre-test the quality of self-purchased solvent to prevent the ink from deteriorating;
3. Shake the ink in the barrel before use to ensure quality consistency;
4. This product should be kept away from fire, sealed and stored for one year.
